Google Business Profile

How to add Reviewell
as a profile manager.

For cases that need direct profile access — replying to reviews, correcting listing details, or ongoing monitoring — we ask to be added as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. This is optional, reversible, and never asks for your Google password.

Ask for your invite address
01

Open your Business Profile

Sign in to business.google.com with the Google account that manages your listing, or open the Google Maps app and tap your profile.

02

Go to People and access

In settings, find “Business Profile settings” → “People and access” (sometimes shown as “Managers”).

03

Invite a new manager

Select “Invite new managers”, enter the email address we give you for your case, and choose the Manager role (not Owner).

04

Confirm in your workspace

Tell your Reviewell contact once the invite is sent. We accept it, confirm access on our side, and record the authorisation in your case file.

What Manager access gives us

  • Viewing and replying to reviews on the connected listing
  • Editing listing details relevant to the agreed case (hours, categories, description)
  • Seeing profile insights needed to support the case

What it never gives us

  • Your Google account password — we never ask for it, on this or any route
  • Access to your personal Gmail, Drive or other Google services
  • Ownership of the listing — you can remove Reviewell as a manager at any time from the same “People and access” screen

One connection, coming later

A direct, one-click
connection is planned.

We are working on an official Google sign-in connection so this will not require a manual invite in future. Until it is live, the steps above are the way to grant or remove this access.
