1. Eligibility before engagement
Every route starts with the public content or profile, a concise factual context and the possible ground. A free check is not a promise that the content can or will be removed. It is also not an automatic submission to a platform.
We look for a specific policy, privacy, safety, ownership, publisher or other legitimate ground. We may recommend mitigation, correction, response guidance, monitoring or no action where removal is not realistic.
2. Every paid case has a written scope
Before paid work starts, Reviewell will agree in writing on the target URL or content, intended route, evidence needed, expected deliverables, exclusions, fee, payment timing and material risks. A new platform, new URL or materially changed facts may require a new scope.
Neither a homepage price nor an eligibility email alone creates a paid engagement. Reviewell does not file a report, contact a third party or make a legal submission before the relevant scope is accepted.
3. Truthful, minimal evidence
Clients must provide information they are entitled to share and that they reasonably believe is accurate. We seek the minimum evidence needed for the route. We do not manufacture records, create false reviews, impersonate people, use threats, make unsupported legal claims or attempt to suppress genuine criticism.
Where immediate safety is at risk, contact emergency services or a qualified local professional first. Reviewell is not an emergency service.
4. Transparent outcomes
Reviewell records the route taken and the material outcome that is communicated to us. An outcome may be removal, correction, de-indexing assessment, account action, a declined request, mitigation advice or no viable route. We do not publish client results or use client names as proof without explicit permission.
We cannot control platform, publisher, host, registrar, search-engine, authority or court decisions. Time estimates are indicative only and never guaranteed.
5. Fees, cancellation and refunds
The fee model for a paid case is stated in its written scope. Unless that scope explicitly says otherwise, fees cover the defined professional work, not a guaranteed third-party result. Out-of-scope requests, new URLs, external costs and urgent work require prior approval.
If Reviewell has not started the agreed work, a cancellation request will normally be reviewed for a full refund of prepaid service fees. Once work has started, any refund is assessed fairly against the agreed scope, work completed and costs already committed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. To request a cancellation or refund review, email info@reviewell.com with your case reference.
6. Urgent response
For deepfakes, doxxing, threats, non-consensual imagery or targeted abuse, preserve the URL, account details and timestamp first. Tell us if there is an immediate safety risk. The urgent route is a faster triage process; it is not a promise of a fixed response time or outcome.
