1. GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing depends on it. These rights are not absolute; for example, Reviewell may need to retain limited records to meet legal obligations or defend a claim.
2. How to make a request
Email info@reviewell.com with “GDPR data request” in the subject line. State which right you wish to exercise and enough detail to locate the relevant data. We may ask for proportionate identity verification where necessary to protect you and other people’s data.
We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If a request is complex or numerous, we will explain any lawful extension.
3. Complaint route
If you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed, contact us first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Read the full Privacy Notice for details of data categories, purposes, retention and sharing.
