Can you guarantee content will be removed?+

No. The platform, publisher, host or authority makes the decision. Reviewell assesses the strongest legitimate route and handles the agreed casework transparently.

Is a free check the same as a full scan?+

No. A free eligibility check looks at one URL or review. A Lite Scan or Reputation Audit is for a wider search, multiple issues and a prioritised roadmap.

Can you remove a genuine negative review?+

Not simply because it is negative. A real customer’s opinion may be allowed even when it is harsh. We look for a plausible policy or legal ground.

What happens with evidence I share?+

Only provide material that is relevant and that you are authorised to share. Reviewell explains its processing, retention and request rights in the Privacy Notice.

Do you work with urgent cases?+

Cyberbullying, doxxing, non-consensual imagery and threat-related cases need fast triage. The appropriate response can include platform reporting, safety planning and external legal or emergency referrals.

Is there a referral program?+

A referral program is planned for later. It will reward legitimate introductions without encouraging false reports or abusive case creation.
